ExperienceI have previously tutored kids at my High School in math, science and ACT prep. I received score of 5,3,3 on the Calculus BC, Chemistry, and Political Science exams and a 31 on my ACT. I really want to be a tutor because I want to affect change in students' lives. I have always had a passion for knowledge and sharing it with others. I am very experienced in math and the sciences from my major and my career. I have taken Organic and Analytical Chemistry, Calculus based Physics, Multiple-Variable Calculus, Differential Equations and Linear Algebra, Statistics and 3rd Semester Spanish. I am also experienced in any chemical engineering related courses including Transport Phenomena, Thermodynamics, Kinetics, etc. I also did research in a Stem Cell Laboratory for a year and a half while in undergrad. I was voted Most Likely to Change the World as a senior superlative in High School.
HobbiesI love to run, ski, play tennis, soccer, volleyball and baseball. I love to cook, watch TV, read, and go out with friends. I enjoy watching sports and am an avid reader of mostly fiction thriller novels. I love skiing and used to ski race for the UW Alpine ski team and am in the American Institute for Chemical Engineers. I am very interested in sustainability and energy storage, hence my above mentioned career path.
