My previous tutoring experiences involved many students from grades 6 thru 12, who were struggling with their coursework, athletes under my supervision who needed help with ACT preparation, my own children and their high school studies and ACT preparation. I personally was the type of student who needed one on one help in school, so I can identify with those who need extra help. I believe that many students cannot grasp the material because of the realities of the modern classroom. There is a renewed interest and focus on your transcript and test scores because of the competitiveness of college admissions. These are all reasons why I want to be a tutor, besides the fact that I am good at it. I have 35 years of actual experience with all types of students and their parents in both private and public settings. I have also been an administrator.
